This page explains how the Seaview Property Ltd. website uses cookies and similar browser storage. It sits alongside our Privacy Notice.
2. What cookies are

3. What we use
- Essential — always on: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) sets a small number of cookies needed to deliver and protect the site and enforce reasonable rate limits. On the secure portal, our authentication provider (Clerk) sets a session cookie so you can stay signed in. Bot-protection (Turnstile), when enabled on forms, sets short-lived storage to confirm a human is submitting.
- Preference — saved in your browser: your language choice (English / עברית) is remembered for your next visit. This stays on your device.
- Analytics & advertising: none. We don’t run third-party analytics or ad trackers. If we ever add lightweight analytics, we’ll list it here and ask for consent where the law requires.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser’s privacy settings at any time. Doing so may sign you out of the portal and break bot-protection.
